Port Agency for Tanker Operations

Dansnom Resources Ghana Limited act as Port Agent in clearing Tankers that bring fuel into Ghana. Our activities in this regard include clearing the tankers through port Health as well as Immigration. Licensed in Ghana as Customs House Agent, we are also enabled to clear through the ‘Customs’, products conveyed in vessels. Our activities as Port Agent for Tankers also include the following:

• Ensuring that the Ship input form/Application is sent to the Port & Harbor Authority to register the vessel with the port so as to enhance smooth operations
• Ensuring that Lite and Anchorage dues are paid to the Port & Habour Authority prior to Vessel arrival when necessary
• Ensuring that mooring dues are paid to the off shore Terminal Operators prior to vessel arrival when necessary
• Arranging for sampling and making sure the samples are sent to TOR for analysis
• Arranging and holding a pre berthing meeting with Terminal Operators and all stakeholders
